Canine skeletal myoblasts (SKMB) were expanded in vitro and transplanted epicardially. Heart tisssue were harvested 4 w following transplantation and fixed in Histochoice. Paraffin section has been made and stained with myogenin to track the localization and differentiation of the SKMB inside heart tisssue.
