Submitted image: upper image shows clear positivity within the cytoplasm of adipocytes: HPA's HPA011993 "soft tissue 1" image shows a similar pattern.
The lower image is of colon, showing light positivity within enterocytes ( gut lining cells/Mucosa) and also an intense positivity within occassional cells within the Mucosa ( red arrowheads) : the positivity is located basally and, where visible, the nuclei appear lumenally oriented. This indicates to me, some type of neuroendocrine cells.
HPA's gut images also seem positive for these cells but, because their images are far too heavily immunostained they are difficult to see: they are most evident in their jejunum images.
