Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin embedded Human breast carcinoma tissue labelling Mammaglobin A with ab150359 antibody at a dilution of 1/250.
Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
This data was developed using the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation containing PBS, BSA, glycerol, and sodium azide (ab150359). -
