HeLa whole cell lysate ( 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) with ab72454 at 3 µg/mg lysate for IP, followed by ab72454 at 1 µg/ml for WB.
Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
