The array contains ~1600 genes and the antibody didn't show any specific enrichment and seems noisy.

Thank you for your honest feedback. Enrichment may be improved in this case by increasing the amount of antibody used per microgram chromatin in the ChIP assay. In addition, as this antibody has not been previously tested with mouse protein, it may be that ab12317 does not react with mouse KMT1E / SETDB1.
