Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-Indoleamine 2, 3-dioxygenase antibody (ab106134)
Rat astrocytes labeled with ab106134 at 1/50 dilution. The polyclonal antibody recognizes rat indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase. Primary antibody binding was determined using anti-rabbit immunoglobulin VectastainElite ABC kit. Counterstained with hematoxylin.
Heat (at 60°C in 10 mM sodium citrate, pH6.0, for 60 minutes) mediated epitope retrieval is used as pre-treatment. Blocking of the endogenous peroxidase is necessary to avoid unspecific background staining.
