Submitted composite image is of embryonic d14 mouse liver.
At a dilution factor of 1/5000 there is still non-specific immunostaining that masks the moderate positivity of Kuppfer cells ( upper image).
Lower image, using ab5076, shows excellent Kuppfer cell positivity.
