Additional Notes
5 ug antibody or normal IgG was used for each ChIP reaction. The target gene and GAPDH gene both expess in a higher lever in liver cancer cells than in normal liver cells. No doubt this antibody works well in ChIP assays. The specificity needs be tested by a seperate experiment since this antibody didn't show different enrichment on target gene and GAPDH gene promoters between liver cancer cells and normal liver cells.
