Following fixation in methanol, the cells were assessed for H3 expression using primary antibody (1:1000) in 1% serum, 0.1% triton, 0.1% BSA in PBS. This was followed by detection using ab150062 (1:250). Results showed positive nuclear staining (green), however, it should be noted that this was used at a much higher concentration than the recommended 1:2000-5000. For use in ICC/IF alone more consistent staining was acheived using ab1791 at 1:1000 dilution.
