Our Abreviews program allows you to help other scientists by sharing your experience of our products. All reviews are displayed on our website, and you get rewarded for every review submitted.
Help the scientific community
We’ll publish all reviews, positive or negative, on our website. This allows our community of over 12,000 reviewers to make better-informed choices, whilst helping us identify which products need more development.
By sharing your knowledge, you can help researchers choose the best tools for the job, and do your bit to help tackle the reproducibility crisis.
Accumulate rewards
For every review you submit, you’ll get rewarded with ‘Abpoints’, redeemable for money off future Abcam orders.
The more reviews you submit, the greater the reward to you.
How Abreviews work
1 Perform your experiment: Use our products in your experiment. Be sure to record all the experimental details (eg species, sample type, dilutions).
2 Submit your review: Abreviews can be submitted from a form on your account page.
Your review should provide:
- Full experimental details
- Images of your experimental results
- A description of how well the product performed
A star rating (1 – 5)
Our Scientific Support team will check your review is accurate and contains all the necessary information before posting to our website.
3: Get your reward: Receive Abpoints in your account and redeem them for rewards.
Examples of possible cash values of different rewards accumulated in different scenarios. Note these examples are illustrative – the amounts rewarded will depend on the product you’re reviewing.
The Abpoints system incentivizes you to provide as much detail as possible when submitting a review. Including images of your results will give other scientists a better idea of how well the product works, so entitles you to more compensation. We also reward you more for products with fewer reviews; we want to encourage scientists to share their knowledge for as many of our products as possible.

All your past submissions, and any current reviews you’re working on, can be found in your account here.
All published reviews for a given product are listed under the 'Customer reviews & Q&A' tab of the datasheet.
