Application
Western blot
We did the following experiments to test Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (HRP) as a secondary antibody.
Rat Tissue lysate - whole (cardiac muscle)
Loading amount: 20 µg
Specification: cardiac muscle
Blocking step: Milk as blocking agent for 1 hour (Concentration: 5 % · Temperature: 22°C)
Primary antibody: Anti-alpha Tubulin antibody [DM1A] - Loading Control (ab7291)
Dilution: 1/5000, Incubation time: 18 hours Temperature: 4°C.
Secondary antibody: Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (HRP) (ab205719)
Dilution: 1/5000, Incubation time: 1 hour Temperature: 22°C.
Detection method: ECL
Exposure: 2 minutes
Bands: Specific: (50 kDa)
