Dear Sir/Madam,

Could you please help me out?

We have been using in one of our experiments, goat polyclonal secondary antibody to human IgG+IgM+IgA (ab8504) but the reagent we have been using has now been depleted and we wanted to order some more for use in our experiment. When we have looked on your website, this material is no longer available.

Could you please suggest an appropriate alternative?

I did see the attached, which seems to be similar but could you explain the difference to me in this new material attached and the original material that we were using. Do you have any information on how we should adapt the material for use in our assay as a secondary antibody.

As this is quite urgent (for one of our large clients) it would be great if we could have your feedback as soon as possible.

Thank you for your enquiry regarding ab8504.

I regret to inform you that the originator of this antibody no longer has sufficient stocks for us to be able to make this product available to our customers. We have therefore been forced to withdraw ab8504 from our product range. I do hope that this does not cause you too much inconvenience.
