Additional data
Additional Notes
The immunogen of FLIP antibody is synthetic peptide corresponding to Human FLIP aa 2-19 which is 100% conserved in all FLIP variants of African Green Monkey. Therefore the FLIP antibody should detect African Green Monkey's FLIP proteins.
Both anti-FLIP and anti-beta actin (ab6276) antibodies were used for the western blot. The 42-43 kDa green band is the beta actin band. The anti-FLIP antibody itself detected various FLIP proteins ranging from 25-60 kDa (red bands). Some unspecific bands can be detected in the high molecular weight region.
