NB1: SiRNA FGFR1 works fine (80% inhibition by qPCR)
NB2: Same extracts were blotted with a non-abcam FGFR1 Antibody and showed a significant decrease of a 110/140 Kda double band with FGFR1 siRNA
NB3: Maybe this is due to a problem of specificity of this antibody with the different FGFR isoforms
