Additional Notes
I have so far been unable to corroborate my immunstaining patterns, in published data, of this protein in PFA-fixed P.wax sections.
However, my results obtained appear to be highly consistent in rat, mouse, human.
Thus, for consistency, I rate this Ab as " good".
( in my laboratory, a lower dilution factor is required for human sections: this may well be due to sub-optimal fixation and age of my human control tissue P.wax blocks)
The fact that I obtain seemingly identical positivity in a totally different application ( Cor1 cells: Tissue- cultured) indicates that this Ab is specifically labelling mitotic cells.
Submitted image shows clear labelling of mitotic cells, imho.
NB: Not all mitotic cells appear labelled I see occassional mitotic bodies in mouse, rat and human sections that are negative for this Ab.
