J’ai téléphoné au laboratoire cet après-midi qui m’a dit que nous n'avons pas déterminé la concentration de cet anticorps.

Nous ne savons pas la concentration des anticorps complexé à l’or parce que nous séparons les monomères des multimères sur des gradients de densité. Nous n'avons aucun moyen fiable de mesurer la concentration d'anticorps sur les monomères parce que la préparation est stabilisée avec de l'albumine avant et après centrifugation.

Nous vous suggérons d'utiliser une dilution 1:10 ou 1:20 pour la microscopie électronique.

We do not have concentration levels for this Gold labeled antibody. We do not know the antibody concentration in gold complexes because we separate monomers from multimers on density gradients. We do not have any reliable way to measure the antibody concentration on the monomers because the preparation is stabilized with albumin before and after centrifugation.
