Additional Notes
Before using this one, I've tried five different Dnmt3a antibodies (including two of Abcam's own antibodies), tried hundreds of different ways to do the staining, and tried mice from different ages. Just couldn't get it to work - for an entire year - and almost wanted to give up and trash the idea of ever again trying to stain for Dnmt3a in mouse spinal cord.
Will never forget the moment when I finally saw the nuclear staining of Dnmt3a under the confocal in the spinal cord sections stained by this antibody.
