I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing problems with ab19124. I would be grateful if you could please clarify a few details of your protocol so I can better understand your problem: could you confirm if you see the cytokeratin 9 band as well as a non specific band; could you also confirm the size of the non specific band you observe. It would be most useful to be able to see an image of your blot please. I would like to already suggest to decrease the blocking to 5% milk for 1 hour and to try to incubate the primary antibody in TBST only, as well as the secondary too. I would also recommend to try the secondary antibody alone to see if it is responsible for the non specific band.
