Anti-CPT1B 抗体 (ab15703)

Thank you for your enquiry. We don't currently have any information about this antibody will work with mouse samples. The immunogen used to generate ab15703 was: a synthetic peptide: DIADLFQVPKAYS (Human) (C terminal), and the antibody is expected to to cross-react with Human (100% identity with immunogen), Pig (90% identity with immunogen) and Sheep (90% identity with immunogen) due to sequence homology. I don't know if you noticed, but ab15703 is a Fast-Track antibody. Fast-Track antibodies are immunogen affinity purified and are shown by ELISA to have high titre values against their immunogen. We are currently testing them for use in Western blotting. At this stage, there can be delays. We sometimes experience problems in searching for / developing the correct lysate or knock-out cell-line. In addition, certain products can be difficult to characterise, due, for instance, to low expression levels or a lack of expression in easily available lysates. So far, ab15703 was tested tested in peptide ELISA at a dilution of 1/16000, and in WB - no signal but low background in Human Kidney and HepG2 lysates at up to 1 µg/ml.
