    • 機能

      Protein tyrosine-protein phosphatase required for T-cell activation through the antigen receptor. Acts as a positive regulator of T-cell coactivation upon binding to DPP4. The first PTPase domain has enzymatic activity, while the second one seems to affect the substrate specificity of the first one. Upon T-cell activation, recruits and dephosphorylates SKAP1 and FYN. Dephosphorylates LYN, and thereby modulates LYN activity.

      Thank you for your patience in this matter. In regards to ab30476 (CD45RA antibody [F8-11-13] (Biotin)), the originator does not know which epitope this antibody is recognizing. However, information available in the literature suggests that it recognizes a 'restricted' epitope present on B lymphocytes and a sub-population of T lymphocytes. Please see the following articles for further information: Dalchau R, Fabre JW. Identification with a monoclonal antibody of a predominantly B lymphocyte-specific determinant of the human leukocyte common antigen. Evidence or structural and possible functional diversity of the human leukocyte common molecule. J Exp Med. 1981 Apr 1;153(4):753-65. PMID: 6166706 Ritter MA, Sauvage CA, Pegram SM, Myers CD, Dalchau R, Fabre JW. The human leucocyte-common (LC) molecule: dissection of leukaemias using monoclonal antibodies directed against framework and restricted antigenic determinants. Leuk Res. 1985;9(10):1249-54. PMID: 2415779 Although ab8217 (CD45RA antibody [MEM-56]) has not been epitope mapped, the originator thinks it is very probable that this antibody could be recognizing a glycosylated epitope. Regarding ab27290 (CD45RA antibody [B-C15] (FITC)) and ab38439 (CD45RA antibody [LT45-M5]), the originators do not have any information on the epitopes that the antibodies are recognizing.
