Primary antibody dilution factor, using my standard stABCpx- DAB method, is not as high as that obtained when visualising CD3 on cryostat section, using indirect immunofluorescence.
Thus my "Good" rating.
However, specificity is excellent.
NB: Use Abcam's DAB reagent (ab103723) to increase the dilution factor of primary antibody x2/3, imho.
