Composite HP image contrasts clone TU20 and 2G10 positivity in Ganglia of Auerbach's plexus ( between the inner circular and outer longitudinal smooth muscle layers of colon: the section is obliquely cut, thus clear demarcation between layers is lost).
In my humble opinion, so far, clone 2G10 is superior to clone TU20.
Of course, I could double the concentration of TU20 antibody to attempt to achieve the same signal:noise ratio but, I would only do this if I have only purchased TU20.
