It is very unusual to offer a discount code for more than 1 product particularly when the application is not one of the standard immunoassays (Western blot, ELISA, Flow cytometry, Immunohistochemistry etc).

The technique you wish to use/test our products is not the classical IHC-P (formalin-fixed paraffin embedded immunohistochemistry) procedure. At this stage it is not know how frequently other customers will use these products in such an assay and how easy to modify the technique.

Could you please confirm how the tissue sections will be processed and fixed and whether you have any publication on this specific technique? We need to consider carefully the applicability of this assay.

Dear Ms. Kennett, Thank you for your enquiry. This is a polyclonal antibody and therefore it is recognizing multiple epitopes on multiple proteins. The exact proteins recognized have not been identified. When tested for immunofluorescence, reactivity with surface proteins is visible. Unfortunately, due to the small size of the cells and spores, it is difficult to see if intracellular staining may also occur. I hope that this information helps. Thank you for your enquiry. In answer to your question rab20556 is reactive with both spores and vegetative cells of Bacillus cereus and Bacillus subtilis. This testing was done in IFA. I hope this information helps.
