Additional Notes
i emailed your tech support about 5 times regarding this Ab and did not recieve a response. you suggest brain as the positive control however this would not work, this is what i wanted advice on however i did not recieve any. senile plaques are needed in the brain tissue for positivity. also more information on what you mean by secreted for cellular location is needed. I used citrate buffer with pressure cooker Ag retrieval for 12 mins.
Abcam response
Thank you for your feedback. I am sure this information will be helpful to other users. I apologize for the delay in sending out our answer as we are still waiting for information on another positive control and the cellular localization. I would recommend however to try incubating the primary antibody overnight at 4C for optimal binding.
