Calcium-regulated membrane-binding protein whose affinity for calcium is greatly enhanced by anionic phospholipids. It binds two calcium ions with high affinity. May be involved in heat-stress response. -

All lanes : Peroxidase-Conjugated Goat anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) at 1/5000 dilution
Predicted band size: 38 kDaBlocking and diluting buffer and concentration: 5% NFDM/TBST.
Lane 2-3 of this blot was developed using a higher sensitivity ECL substrate.
