WB Use at an assay dependent concentration. Detects a band of approximately 41 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 41 kDa).
IHC-P Use at an assay dependent concentration. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

For antigen retrieval, heat up to 98 degree C, below boiling, and then let cool for 10-20 minutes.
