ab124841 recognizes Human TAOK1 when phosphorylated at Serine 181, TAOK2 when phosphorylated at Serine 181 and TAOK3 when phosphorylated at Serine 177.
ab124841 cross reactivates with MEK1 due to high immunogen homology.
The antibody is detecting TAOK2 + TAOK1 + TAOK3 at around 138 kDa and MAP2K1 at around 44kDa.
