Thank you for submitting this abreview. Since you are working with fixed frozen tissue you may need to optimize the retrieval, perhaps using no retrieval or enzymatic will improve your results. Another customer posted a positive review where the tissue was fixed with acetone so if changing the fixative is an option this may also be useful.
