Customer inquired about ab9704 specificity for detecting PDGF BB. Customer specifically saw positive staining in macrophages.

Earlier we discussed the specificity of ab9704 for detecting PDGF BB as well as the expected expression of PDGF BB across cell lines and tissues.
According to the human protein atlas, PDGF B (alternative name for PDGF BB), is seen across many different cell lines and in a variety of tissues. Specifically, it appears that lung macrophages have moderate - strong IHC staining for PDGF B in their cytoplasm. Below is a link to the protein atlas information:
