Abcam response
Many thanks for your valuable feedback. Abcam has not validated the combination of species/application used in this Abreview. It appears that under these experimental conditions, ab2378 does not specifically detect Mast Cell Tryptase in the Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections of chicken small intestine. We welcome further customer feedback. For more information, please contact scientific support.
The reviewer received a reward from Abcam’s Loyalty Program in thanks for submitting this Abreview and for helping the scientific community make better-informed decisions.
