Interestingly, on rat, this Ab gives a crisp clean positivity
However, the dilution factor is poor for a rabbit polyclonal.
Note that the tips of the villi show poor preservation of the lining epithelium this is due to poor fixation.
Gut should be not be immersion-fixed without prior dissection and cleaning of contents.
