10X Annexin V/ANXA5 Binding Buffer (ab14084)

I can confirm that ab14082 (5X Annexin V-FITC Apoptosis Detection Reagent) and ab14084 (10X Annexin V Binding Buffer) are the same reagents as in the kit ab14085(Annexin V-FITC Apoptosis Detection Kit).

Please note that ab14082 (5X Annexin V-FITC Apoptosis Detection Reagent) and ab14084 (10X Annexin V Binding Buffer) are more concentrated and need need to be diluted to 1x before using them.

I am very sorry to hear that your customer is having problems with this product. Although the batches are different, both bottles are from the same internal lot number. I regret to inform you that this means that there should be no difference between the two bottles. Just to clarify, the internal lot number is an identification number for the synthesis/purification/manufacturing process. The product can be placed to our different stocks in different times and the batch numbers (GR48964-2 and GR59518-1) represent when the actual aliquots were placed into our stock. I would like to reassure you that our Abpromise applies to your complaint since you purchased this product within the guarantee period. This means that in the event that a product is not functioning in the applications/species cited on the product data sheet (and the problem has been reported within 6 months of purchase) we will happily offer a credit note/refund to the value of the product purchased.  I can certainly offer a new free of charge replacement bottle if your customer would like to get one.
