ChIP analysis using unpurified ab55913 binding ZNF274 antibody in nuclear lysate derived from K562 erythroleukemia human cell line. Cells were cross-linked for 10 minutes with 1% formaldehyde. 30ug of chromatin/sample was incubated with 4ug of undiluted primary antibody for 24 hours at 4°C. Protein binding was detected using real-time PCR.
