The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Use a concentration of 1 µg/ml. Predicted molecular weight: 72 kDa. Good results were obtained when blocked with 5% non-fat dry milk in 0.05% PBS-T.

The most common zinc finger motif is the C2H2 type, which was first identified in the Drosophila segmentation gene, Kruppel. The human genome has several hundred Kruppel related zinc finger genes. About one third of these human Kruppel type genes also code for a highly conserved region, the Kruppel associated box (KRAB domain), comprising approximately 75 amino acids found at the N terminal end. The zinc finger gene ZNF195 contains an N terminal KRAB domain and 14 tandemly repeated Kruppel type zinc finger motifs at its C terminus. ZNF195 may be involved in transcriptional regulation. It is expressed in adult heart, brain, placenta, skeletal muscle and pancreas, and in foetal lung, kidney and brain. There is little expression in adult lung, liver and kidney.
