特異性This antibody detects endogenous levels of Zap70 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 319. The antibody may cross react with Syk when phosphorylatd at equivalent sites: Human - Tyr319, Mouse - Tyr318, Rat - Tyr314.
特記事項（精製）The antibody was purified from antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
