The immunostaining of the submitted image is too strong ( note the diffuse cytoplasmic positivity of most hepatocytes): the primary Ab should be further diluted.
Thus, the immunopositivity in the simple cuboidal cells of the biliary lining epithelium is far too strong.
Also, there is a membrane positivity in many of the hepatocytes, particularly near the surface of the liver.
Note that the encapsulating collagen sheath ( Glisson's capsule: collagen) is not immunolabelled.
