pH: 7.40 Preservative: 0.02% Sodium azide Constituents: PBS, 1% BSA Note: Batches of this product that have a concentration < 1mg/ml may have BSA added as a stabilising agent. If you would like information about the formulation of a specific lot, please contact our scientific support team who will be happy to help.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Use a concentration of 1 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 175 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 157 kDa).
Putative ubiquitin-specific-processing protease that regulates cell growth and survival. Probably regulates CDC25A expression at a transcriptional level. May be catalytically inactive although it seems to have kept all necessary active site residues.
The predicted molecular weight of USP47 is 157 kDa (SwissProt), however we expect to observe a banding pattern around 170 kDa.
This blot was produced using a 3-8% Tris Acetate gel under the TA buffer system. The gel was run at 150V for 60 minutes before being transferred onto a Nitrocellulose membrane at 30V for 70 minutes. The membrane was then blocked for an hour using 5% Bovine Serum Albumin before being incubated with ab109485 overnight at 4°C. Antibody binding was detected using an anti-rabbit antibody conjugated to HRP, and visualised using ECL development solution.
