Neuraminidase-treated human red blood cells.
ab80553 can be applied for the detection of cells with Thomsen-Friedenreich antigen and is especially applicable for sensitive determination of neuraminidases. It can be used on frozen and formalin fixed, paraffin fixed tissues and is capable of agglutinating desialylated red blood cells (Karsten et al, 1995).
Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab80553 in the following tested applications.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
