Human IL2 soluble receptor gamma.
Monoclonal anti-Human IL2 sRg may be used to block the biological activity mediated by IL2 and for neutralization of the biological activity mediated by IL2 Rg and the detection of IL2 Rg.
Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab50258 in the following tested applications.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
|WB||Use a concentration of 1 - 2 µg/ml. Predicted molecular weight: 42 kDa.
This working dilution was determined using recombinant human IL2 Rg at 100 ng/lane under non-reducing conditions.
|Neutralising||Use a concentration of 2 - 6 µg/ml.
This concentration was found to block 50% of the bioactivity due to 10 ng/ml recombinant human IL2 in a 3H-thymidine incorporation assay using 105 cells/ml MO7e cells.
|Indirect ELISA||Use a concentration of 0.5 - 1 µg/ml.
I-ELISA: Use at a concentration of 0.5 - 1 µg/ml (to a limit of 3 ng/well).
