The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
1/2000 - 1/10000. Detects a band of approximately 117 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 103 kDa).
Use at 2-5 µg/mg of lysate.
Protein phosphatase regulatory subunits, such as SAPS1, modulate the activity of protein phosphatase catalytic subunits by restricting substrate specificity, recruiting substrates, and determining the intracellular localization of the holoenzyme. SAPS1 is a regulatory subunit for the protein phosphatase-6 catalytic subunit. It is ubiquitous, with higher expression in testis. There are two named isoforms.
Immunoprecipitation/ Western Blot of SAPS1.
Lane 1: ab72030 at 3µg/mg whole cell lysate.
Lane 2: Control IgG.
Whole cell lysate from Hela cells at 1mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded.
ab72030 at 0.1 µg/ml was used for the western blot detection step.
Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
