特異性This antibody specifically recognized russell’s viper venom in western blot analysis; it also partially recognized venom of N. naja atra (45kDa), D. acutus (45 and 105kDa), T.stejnegeri (60 and 105kDa), and T. mucrosquamatus (45 and 105kDa).
特記事項（精製）This antibody was purified from egg yolk. Purity was determined by SDS PAGE. IgY(delta Fc) constitutes ~80% of total protein, and the total immunoglobulin IgY+IgY(delta Fc) constitutes ~90% of total protein.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
追加情報ELISA titer : 1/10000
ELISA titer is defined as the dilution of antibody (1mg/ml) sufficient to give a change in absorbance of 1.0 at 450nm.
WB: Use at an assay dependent dilution.
Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
関連性Daboia russelli (Russell's viper) is a venomous snake found throughout the Indian subcontinent, much of Southeast Asia, southern China and Taiwan. The venom of this snake is so effective at inducing thrombosis, it has been incorporated into an in vitro diagnostic test for blood clotting that is widely used in hospital laboratories. This test is often referred to as Dilute Russell's viper venom time (dRVVT). The coagulant in the venom directly activates factor X, which turns prothrombin into thrombin in the presence of factor V and phospholipid. The venom is diluted to give a clotting time of 23 to 27 seconds and the phospholipid is reduced to make the test extremely sensitive to phospholipid. The dRVVT test is more sensitive than the aPTT test for the detection of lupus anticoagulant (an autoimmune disorder), because it is not influenced by deficiencies in clotting factors VIII, IX or XI.
