ICC: Use at a concentration of 10 µg/ml. This concentration is recommended to detect the protein in ethanol:acetic acid-fixed [50:50] A431 cells.
IP: 1µg is recommended to precipitate the protein from 250 µg of an A431 cell lysate.
WB: Use at a concentration of 1 µg/ml, with 10 µg of an A431 cell lysate. Detects a band of approximately 120 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 102 kDa).
Not tested in other applications.
