Immunochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis of Hek293 cell labelling Pyruvate Dehydrogenase E2 with ab66511 at 1/100 dilution. An anti-rabbit Alexa Fluor 488 was used as the secondary antibody at 1/400 dilution. Mitotraker-Red was used to stain mitochondria and DAPI was used to stain nuclei.
