    Recombinant PTP phosphatase domains (0.1µg of protein) were probed with ab13225 at 1ug/ml. The antibody recognises the recombinant PTP kappa fusion protein at ~65 kDa. ab13225 also detects PTP beta (PTPRB) at ~65kDa.
