Proteins rarely operate in isolation but rather function within multi-subunit complexes. It has now become essential to study proteins in their multi-component state rather than individually.
Without the right set of tools, protein analysis can be extremely difficult; cross-species reactivity can arise when using both primary and secondary antibodies (indirect detection). There may be challenges in sourcing appropriately labeled conjugated primary antibodies (direct detection).
To overcome these issues, we have launched an exclusive range of directly conjugated antibodies with a variety fluorescent labels.
Fluorescent-labeled primary antibodies:
|Alexa Fluor®||Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), immunohistochemistry (IHC), flow cytometry|
|Phycoerythrin (R-PE)||ICC/IF and/or flow cytometry|
|FITC (Fluorescein isothiocyanate)||ICC/IF and/or flow cytometry|
|APC (Allophycocyanin)||ICC/IF and/or flow cytometry|
|PerCP (Peridinin chlorophyll)||ICC/IF and/or flow cytometry|
