    • 機能Pattern receptor that binds to murein peptidoglycans (PGN) of Gram-positive bacteria. Has bactericidal activity towards Gram-positive bacteria. May kill Gram-positive bacteria by interfering with peptidoglycan biosynthesis. Binds also to Gram-negative bacteria, and has bacteriostatic activity towards Gram-negative bacteria. Plays a role in innate immunity.
    • 組織特異性Highly expressed in bone marrow. Weak expression found in kidney, liver, small intestine, spleen, thymus, peripheral leukocyte, lung, fetal spleen and neutrophils.
    • 配列類似性Belongs to the N-acetylmuramoyl-L-alanine amidase 2 family.

    Anti-PGRPS antibody [188C424] 画像

    • ab13903 at 1/100 staining human bone Marrow derived CD34+ cells by ICC/IF. The cells were paraformaldehyde fixed, permeabilized and blocked with BSA before incubation with the antibody for 24 hours at 4°C. A FITC conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary. The cells were counterstained with DAPI.

      The image shows staining mainly in the cytoplasmic region.
