ab62437 staining PDGF Receptor beta (phospho Y1021) (green) in mouse primary embryonic epicardial cells by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with formaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.5% Triton X-100 and blocked with 1% BSA + 10% goat serum + 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS for 1 hour at 20°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100 in PBS + 1% BSA + 10% goat serum + 0.1% Triton X-100) for 16 hours at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/200) was used as the secondary antibody. Red - phalloidin.

ab62437 staining the PDGF Receptor beta (phospho Y1021) in epithelial cells in Mouse brain tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde and blocked with 0.5% BSA for 20 minutes at room temperature; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation with citric acid (pH6.0). Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/50 in 0.5% BSA/PBS) for 1 hour. An undiluted HRP-conjugated Goat anti-rabbit polyclonal was used as the secondary antibody.
