Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab66132 in the following tested applications.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
|IHC-P||Use at an assay dependent concentration.|
|WB||Use a concentration of 0.1 - 1 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 77 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 77 kDa).|
|IP||Use a concentration of 2 - 5 µg/ml.|
|ELISA||Use a concentration of 0.01 - 0.1 µg/ml.|
Immunohistochemical analysis of formaldehyde-fixed paraffin-embedded murine neural tissue sections, labelling Oct-1 with ab66132 at a dilution of 1/250 incubated for 90 minutes at 25°C in PBS plus 1x Casein. Heat mediated antigen retrival was with 10mM citrate at pH 6.0. Blocking was with 10% serum incubated for 30 minutes at 25°C. Secondary used was a Goat anti-Rabbit polyclonal biotin conjugate at 1/200.
1µg Oct-1 peptide (A) on a nitrocellulose membrane followed by ab66132 at 1:1000 dilution. The labels B and C refer to 1 µg Oct-2 peptide and Oct4 peptide respectively.
