Synthetic peptide derived from the N terminal region of human NKCC1.
We are constantly working hard to ensure we provide our customers with best in class antibodies. As a result, we are pleased to offer this antibody in a purified format as of 27/04/2018. The following lots are still unpurified and still in stock as of 27/04/2018- GR3189586-5, GR3189586-6, and GR3189586-8. Lot numbers other than GR3189586-5, GR3189586-6, and GR3189586-8 will be purified. Please note that the dilutions may need to be adjusted accordingly. Purified antibodies have the advantage of being enriched for the fraction of immunoglobulin that specifically reacts with the target antigen and for having a reduction of serum proteins.
Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab59791 in the following tested applications.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

ab59791 staining NKCC1 in Mouse salivary gland tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde and blocked with 1% BSA for 10 minutes at 21°C; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in a citrate buffer. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/600 in blocking buffer) for 2 hours at 21°C. A Biotin-conjugated Goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/250) was used as the secondary antibody.
ab59791 staining NKCC1 in Rat brain stem tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Trition and blocked with 5% BSA for 3 hours at 20°C; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in a citrate sodium buffer. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/1000) for 15 hours at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor® 568-conjugated Goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/500) was used as the secondary antibody.
