ab106073 is a human T cell marker panel containing CD3 mouse monoclonal (FITC-conjugated), CD4 mouse monoclonal (PE-conjugated), CD8 mouse monoclonal (APC-conjugated) and CD45 mouse monoclonal (PE/Cy7-conjugated) antibodies, tested for use as a cocktail in flow cytometry.

ab106073 staining of T cells in whole human blood by flow cytometry.
Peripheral blood was collected into Li Heparin LH/9 ml monovettes. Red blood cells were lysed with lysis buffer (for 5 ml: 41.45 g NH4Cl, 5 g NaHCO3, 1 ml 0.5M EDTA in H2O) for 20 min at room temperature. After spinning down, the obtained cell pellet was washed twice with PBS. The cells were stained with the antibodies (5 – 10 µl of each antibody/1x106 cells in 100 µl) for 20 min at room temperature in the dark. Samples were washed twice with cell sorting buffer (3 % FCS in PBS) and resuspended. Flow cytometry was performed on a FACSCalibur (Becton Dickinson) at 488 nm (FL-1, 2, 3) and 633 nm (FL-4), and analysed using Flojo software.
